Bafvada | Farali Pattice | Vrat Upwas Special




INGREDIENTS FOR STUFFING

Boiled Potato-1
peanut(crushed)-2tbsp
Shredded Coconut-1tbsp
Coriander Leaves-2tbsp
Ginger-2tsp
Green Chilly-2tsp
Raisins-1tsp
Cashew nuts-2tsp
Fennelseeds powder-1tsp
Sugar-1tsp
Salt-1tsp
Lemon Juice-1tbsp

  • Ingredients For Outer layer:

    Boiled Potato-3
    Arrowroot Powder-3tbsp
    Singhara flour-1tbsp (optional)
    Oil-2tsp
    Salt-1tsp
    Oil- for Frying pattice


  • Recipe for Stuffing:

    1)Add 1 boild mashed patato in a bowl
    2)Add crushed peanuts,coconut,coriander leaves,ginger-greenchilly  paste,chopped raisins,crushed chashew nuts,fennel powder,sugar,salt and lemon juice.
    3)Mix it well.
    4)Make small size balls out of it.
    5)keep it aside and start preparing for outer layer.



  • Recipe for Outer Layer:

    1)Add 3 medium size mashed patato into the bowl.
    2)Add 3tbsp Arrowroot powder
    3)Add 1tbsp singhara flour(optional)
    4)Add salt and oil.
    5)Make soft Dough out of it.
    6)Grease your palms with some oil and make Golf size balls.

*Again grease palms with some oil,
7)Flatten Potato Dough ball on your palm and place coconut peanut stuffing ball into the center, seal the sides & give it a round shape.
8)Repeat this process for other pattice.

*Refrigerate for 30 mins.
*Fry the pattice on medium flame, until it turns golden.
*Serve the Pattice with Green chutney or Curd and enjoy 🙂

Sabudana Khichdi | Navratri Special | Vrat Special

 

INGREDIENTS
  • Sabudana-1cup
  • boiled potato-2 medium
  • oil-1tbsp
  • cuminseeds-1½tsp
  • Ginger-1½tsp
  • Green chilly-1tsp
  • sugar-1tsp
  • lemon juice-2tsp
  • crushed peanuts(roasted)- 1cup
  • coriander leaves-2 tbsp
  • salt-according to taste




RECIPE:
  1. Soak 1cup of sabudana in 2cups of water for 5-6 hours.
  2. Heat 1tbsp oil and Add cuminseeds into the oil.
  3. Add Ginger-Greenchilly and cooked it for 1-2 mins.
  4. Add boiled and chopped patatos,Saute for few mins.
  5. Add salt, sugar and lemon juice. mix well.
  6. Add crushed roasted peanuts.
  7. Mix it properly – Add soaked sabudana (leave the sabudana layer for 5-7 mins)
  8. mix carefully and cook for few more mins on very low flame.
  9. Add some coriander leaves
  10. serve it with curd and enjoy .

Paneer Lababdar




INGREDIENTS
  • Oil 2 tbsp
  • Butter 2 tbsp whole Garam Masala:
  • (Cumin seeds 1 tsp, Cinnamon 1/2 Inch, Clove 2, Peppercorn 3, Cardamom 2-3, Bay leaf 1)
  • Ginger 1 tsp
  • Garlic 2 tsp
  • Green Chilly 1
  • Onions 2 Small
  • Tomato 2 Medium
  • Red Chilly Powder 1 tsp
  • Coriander Cumin Power 1.5 tsp
  • Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  • Kitchen King Masala 1.5 tsp
  • Garam Masala 1 tsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Sugar 1 tsp
  • Kasuri Methi 1 tbsp
  • Cashew Nuts 2 tbsp
  • Paneer 150 grms (10 – 12 Cubes)
  • Coriander Leaves – for garnishing Process
recipe:
  1. Heat 1 tbsp oil into a pan and Add 1 tbsp butter in to it.
  2. Add All whole Garam masala’s and saute it for 1 min.
  3. Add chopped Ginger, Garlic and Green chilly and cook it for 2 mins. 4)Add chopped onion and cook well for 5-7 mins.
  4. Add chopped Tomato and saute it for 5 more mins.
  5. Add Turmeric, Coriander -cumin powder, red chilly powder, kitchen king masala into the mixture. Add some water and cook it for 5 mins.
  6. Add 2 tbsp cashew nuts and mix it well. saute the mixture for few mins And Let it cool Down completely.
  7. Grind it into a smooth paste.
  8. Put 1 tbsp oil into a pan, after oil warms up, saute the paneer cubes for 2-3 mins.(until paneer turns golden brown)
  9. In remaining oil add 1 tbsp butter.
  10. Add smooth paste and mix it well. (cook for 5 min)
  11. Add sugar, Garam masala, And salt according to your taste.
  12. Add water and cook until oil separates(cook for 5-7 mins).
  13. Add fried paneer cubes to the smooth Gravy.
  14. Garnish it with fresh coriander leaves and enjoy.
